We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us: support@qiaojoytoy.com  immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange your product, please refer to the following process:

  1. If you want to exchange the product before shipping, please contact us and change the product.
  2. To exchange a defective product, we recommend contacting us first so that we can quickly arrange for the return of the faulty item and send out a replacement promptly.

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
  2. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase ( order ID ). 

How to Return Your Items:

  1. To start a return, you can contact us at support@qiaojoytoy.com
  2. Return Timeline: Items you return must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  3. Include Documentation: Attach a note with your return reason, along with photos or videos of the product.
  4. Return Processing: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please use this label to send the item back to us.
  5. Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a product defect or quality issue, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

 
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
